By accessing or using AI Builder School's website (aibuilderschool.in) and services, including our 21-day AI bootcamp program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

AI Builder School provides:

• A 21-day project-based AI bootcamp program
• Weekly live mentor sessions via Google Meet
• Access to community groups (WhatsApp/Telegram)
• Course materials and recorded sessions
• Project review and feedback
• Certificate of completion
• Lifetime access to community and materials

3. Registration and Account

To enroll in our bootcamp, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Complete the payment process
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

The AI Builder Bootcamp is priced at ₹4,500 (Indian Rupees) as a one-time payment. By making a payment:

• You agree to pay the full amount at the time of enrollment
• Payments are processed securely through UPI
• Prices are subject to change without notice for future batches
• No hidden fees or additional charges apply

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by AI Builder School, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, videos, and recordings
• Code templates and examples
• Written content and documentation
• Logos, trademarks, and branding

...are the property of AI Builder School and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share or resell course materials without authorization
• Disrupt or interfere with the learning experience of others
• Post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content in community groups
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Your Projects

You retain ownership of all projects you create during the bootcamp. AI Builder School may use anonymized examples of student work for marketing purposes with your permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or income results. Your success depends on your effort, dedication, and various external factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Builder School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the bootcamp.

10. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect enrolled students.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
