    2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment.

    If you're not satisfied with the program within the first 7 days, you can request a full refund — no questions asked.

    To be eligible for a refund under this guarantee:

    • Your request must be made within 7 days of your enrollment date

    • Include your full name, registered email, and payment details

    3. Refund Eligibility After 7 Days

    After the 7-day period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

    • Documented medical emergencies
    • Technical issues on our end that significantly impacted your learning
    • Other extraordinary circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

    Such requests will be reviewed individually, and partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

    4. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

    • Failure to attend live sessions or complete coursework

    • Inability to dedicate time due to personal scheduling conflicts

    7. Access After Refund

    Upon refund approval, your access to course materials, community groups, and all AI Builder School resources will be revoked immediately. You must delete any downloaded materials.

    8. Batch Transfers

    If you are unable to participate in your enrolled Builder Batch, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be made at least 3 days before your batch starts.

    9. Payment Disputes

    If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and may permanently ban you from future programs. Please contact us first — we're committed to resolving issues fairly.

    10. Changes to This Policy

    We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. The policy in effect at the time of your enrollment will apply to your purchase.
